Sher-O-Shayari #5: The Transcendent Love

Love has never been accredited as an easy thing. It has always taken toll on the lovers across the globe, be it Laila Majnu or Heer Ranjha. To earn the right to spend your life with your beloved, the rite of pasaage is filled with attrocities of the world and then you get to be with your love, if your love is strong enough to survive it and you are lucky enough.

Ishq ki raah ko aasaan kisne maana h,

Ye to aag ka dariya hai, dub ke jaana h,

Yun to hilti hai har kashti tufaan ke saaye mein,

Jo paar kar jaaye is manzar ko, use sachche dil ki kahani sabne maana h.

Khoye hain hum kisi sachche yaar ke intezaar mein,

Bhule bhatke kbhi hum bhi shayad kisi se yun takraenge,

Jo na krega tanha humein zindagi ke karar mein.!

Kise sunaun apne dil ki ye dastan, logon ko lehron ki aadat pad jaati h,

Kin shabdon mein bandhun apni is kahani ko, logon ko wo ek mazakiya shayari smjh aati h,

Chup hota nhi ye dil mera, patthar ki chotein isne bht khayi hain,

Kaise jaagun mein ab is gande khwab se, jb hansi bhi mjhe ab rula jaati h.!
