Love has never been accredited as an easy thing. It has always taken toll on the lovers across the globe, be it Laila Majnu or Heer Ranjha. To earn the right to spend your life with your beloved, the rite of pasaage is filled with attrocities of the world and then you get to be with your love, if your love is strong enough to survive it and you are lucky enough.

Ishq ki raah ko aasaan kisne maana h,
Ye to aag ka dariya hai, dub ke jaana h,
Yun to hilti hai har kashti tufaan ke saaye mein,
Jo paar kar jaaye is manzar ko, use sachche dil ki kahani sabne maana h.

Sometimes the life feels at nadir due to the distant loved ones. Every feeling, every moment feels that of a pilferage of a night. This Shayari is dedicated to that feeling. Hope you like it :)

Hansi aayi humein rone se pehle,

Unhein paya tha humne khone se pehle,
na jane ye raat bhi ab kategi kaise,
wo fir yaad aaye aaj raat sone se pehle....

In life, some moments make us realise the importance of The One. The desolation of their absence makes us yearn for their glimpse sometimes. But when everyone leaves us alone, that is only when we realise the importance if their presence. This shayari represents this. Hope you like it :)

Chhod gaye humein sab zamane se takrar mein,
Khoye hain hum kisi sachche yaar ke intezaar mein,
Bhule bhatke kbhi hum bhi shayad kisi se yun takraenge,
Jo na krega tanha humein zindagi ke karar mein.!

Life gives challenges and that's ok but sometimes they are too much to take and it becomes a hell on earth. This is for those times when you feel like you are living life one nightmare at a time.

Kise sunaun apne dil ki ye dastan, logon ko lehron ki aadat pad jaati h,
Kin shabdon mein bandhun apni is kahani ko, logon ko wo ek mazakiya shayari smjh aati h,
Chup hota nhi ye dil mera, patthar ki chotein isne bht khayi hain,
Kaise jaagun mein ab is gande khwab se, jb hansi bhi mjhe ab rula jaati h.!

Love is an unsual thing. It dulcifies every bad thing when it blooms and becomes a ludicrous concept when it starts to hurt.

This is my first attempt on short poetry (shayari). Hope you like it. Suggestions are always welcome.!!

आशिक की मौत शुरु होती है तब जब उस्के अशक सूख जाते हैं,
इश्क से बेखुदी होती है तब जब अपने यार को भुलोने के लिये पूरी दुनिया भूल जाते हैं..!!

Relationships are hard but when you find someone you can share all your quirks with, that is one of the most beautiful yet fearsome moment of your life. Well most of you must be wondering why fearsome. The human mind is a very special thing. When it doesn't have what it wants, it tries out everything to help you get it but as soon as the moment arrives, it starts building the fear of loosing it which is based upon the desire to get it. More the desire, more is the fear.

To cut through this wall of fear, we like to have our loved and dear ones as nearby as possible because we always believe that if someone is near to us physically, we can keep them with us emotionally as well. While that may be true in most cases, sometimes the closer two people are, the more are the chances of them getting separate. This may happen because of a fight or some serious incompatibility or maybe just because they have lost interest(Yes, this happens too!).

Some people believe that having a long distance relationship is one of the worst things you can do to yourself. All the wondering, distrust, waiting and hoping all to be fine, makes the process quite hard. And this distance, wondering and hoping becomes a perfect setting for most relations to become a sting rather than a salve. This notion of a tiresome relation has led the idea of long-distance relationships become stereotypical nightmare. Many people feel the need to let someone go from their life just because they fear a long distance relationship but many people make a case, pretty good one in fact, in favor of long distance relationship. All this confusion and thoughts started making me wonder, "Are long distance relationships worth a try?".

The idea of being away from someone you love and not being able to see them each day is surely horrifying but people also say and believe that love becomes more passionate when you stay apart. Many feel that wondering and waiting sometimes makes it annoying enough to spark such fights which can end a relationship while many believe that all the wait makes each word worthy of a thousand emotions. Also sometimes a break from your partner's presence can revitalize the passion and love a relationship should have for when they are present with you.

Also sometimes not being with someone physically poses the risk of you not being able to frankly share your problems or desires with them easily. This might be true but if you trust someone to trust you and love you for what you are, sooner or later the wall of awkwardness gets holed through.

The most horrifying and crippling fear in a long distance relationship is the one of losing your partner, your love to someone else because you can't be with them for every problem of theirs making them forcefully dependent on someone else, at least sometimes, which can lead to a new spark in their life making you a third leg. While this fear is well justified, a person should understand that even if two people are together, you can not control them. That's just not how relationship works. Even if you are what they want or they are what you want, eventually you two are bound to be drifted apart and a very small thing can spark the chain reaction leading to the breakup. The trust is THE MOST IMPORTANT ingredient in a successful relationship and, with its presence, a relationship can go one forever even if the passion is lost.

After some thought I realized one thing that the question can not be answered in a straight "YES!" or a "No" as no two people are ever alike, no two relationships are alike as well. While people stereo-typically think the answer to this question to be a No, what they don't realize is that when it comes to love and romance, there is no rule to be successfully happy forever after. A couple isn't made of one single entity, instead it requires a rigorous and continuous devotion of two towards each other. As far as the idea of long distance relationships go, if two people have trust, passion, understanding, acceptance, will and love in between them than they can cross every bridge, go through every hole and jump every hoop life and time throws at them. Well, what do you think?

P.S. : Internet is also a pre-requisite and an easy availability these days. ;)

This is something i wrote a long while back.
Its one of my starting poems and portrays a guy who loves his girl but is worried about the problems they are having.
Lets see if i was able to convey what i was thinking when i wrote it 2.5 years back. :)

Should i be away,
Or should i be this way,
Should i be on my own,
Or should i be never known,

Should i love more the person i love the most,
Or should i become a haunting ghost,
Should i take my last breath,
Or should i leave it to someone to gift me death,

Should i be there for you always,
Or should i let you handle it your ways,
Should i let you live free,
Or should i give u the best of me,

Should we become us,
Or should we leave this fuss,
Should i ask you for a dance,
Or should i be satisfied with your beautiful glance,

Now i leave every decision on you,
Because my everythng is you,
My girl,You decide my life's ways,
Because your love will be my guide always,

I want you to decide for me,
Cause you are the one that understands the most of me,
Lets do it for the sake of me,
So that i don't have to again plea,

I wish i never had to accept this confusion,
bt now i think i have to come out of my dungeon,
Your are the only one for me,
My love won't ever let you set me free.....

So Guys, please comment and tell how did you find it and suggestions, if any, are more then welcome :)
